Four roles

• Mentor: you propose a challenge and work with the teens
• Sponsor: you make the program possible
• Funder for the businesses young people start
• Pro bono advisor: accountant or lawyer

Shadowing

You propose a challenge linked to your business. From 15 June, for 3 months, a teen from the top 10 works side by side with you on the solution, with your company's resources.

What you get

• A quarterly report: received, spent, balance, results
• A seat at the ambassadors' pitch day
• The “community for good” network
